Hi! I just installed and played around with polylang. I get it to function almost as I want, but there seems to be the problem with pages. Posts are fine, but if i open up a page, then I get a redirect to to index page. What could be the problem?
I've done the steps described in "Read before opening a thread" and no positive results. Here are the data:
1. permalinks settings: http://example.com/2013/07/sample-post/
2. I am using a static front page which is a special page template (which seems to be the root of the problem)
3. Polylang settings
- Detect browser language: false
- URL modifications: The language code, for example /en/, is added to all urls when using pretty permalinks; Remove /language/ in pretty permalinks.
- Hide URL language information for default language: true
- When using static front page, redirect the language page to the front page in the right language: true
- Synchronization: all checked
