viraguen on "Polylang in Bootstrap WP"

We did the change and now we don't have items in the menu.
We are using the last version of Polylang v1.3.1 and WP v3.5

In admin console we have this:

There we selected "Top Menu" for "Main Menu English", and "Menu Español" for "Main Menu Spanish" and save.
If we change page and come back, no menu are selected there.
