cleforweb on "[Plugin: Polylang] Translating custom field label"

Is there any way to translate custom field label? I am using Custom Content Types Manager plugin. I have several custom fields. All fields labels appears in the front end but how to translate them. I have been already search the support but can not find the proper solution.
