Attempting to select the non-default language theme location for a menu seems impossible. If I select both languages it works. When selecting two different locations with different languages I don't even know what's going on. It's really weird so I quickly recorded it. Forgive me I forgot to enable the cursor. I swapped to twenty fourteen to demonstrate.
