Would it be possible to select the optio "Disable primary domain check" for each separate blog? I think that would fix this issue :).
Maybe its possible to change the selectbox of this option in to a multiselect dropdown.
Example options:
all|All Blogs (default)
1|Blog 1
2|Blog 2
etc
Let me know!
