Sorry I said you something wrong. If you want to display /home and /home-2 you must unchecked: "The front page url contains the language code instead of the page name or page id".
Your chosen static front page must be translated in en and nl languages.
Could you check if you have linked these both homepage? In your panel pages you have a pen icon instead a plus sign.
