Seth Carstens on "[Plugin: SM Sticky Featured Widget] Small change in line 80 (multilang support)"

I have corrected this issue, as well as the logic with "is_home" causing the homepage on ClassiPress 3.3 to "not properly show the title chosen in the widget". I think there are some style changes in another ticket I'm going to address before I commit the updated plugin tag.
