Gidone on "Polylang content from right to left"

I'm building an English / Arabic site using Polylang. When I set the Text direction from right to left it switches all the content which is good.
However in internet explorer it also moves the scrollbar from the right side to the left side. How can I change it so that it switches the content, but leaves the scrollbar on the right side of the page?

I'm using the Twenty Eleven theme.
