I want to customize the language switcher button in my menu so it is displayed in the format EN / DA. So it shows {current language} / {other available language in clickable format}.
I want it to look like this site
or like this site where the language switcher is in the top right corner of the header instead (that site actually uses the same theme, so it should be possible).

I have just created the home page in Turkish for this website. I have added the translation for the new home page and that seems to work fine. However for some reason I now have all the other pages, including old versions added to the bottom of the new Turkish home page. I used Duplicate Page Plugin to create the new turkish home page switched the language option to Turkish. Language Switcher and the URL for the new hoe page seem fine. I am using the latest version of Avada.

1. Site-Logo: With the help of Elementor and Polylang I have create a website in german and french. German is the first page, french the second (traduction). I can only put one URL on the site logo (www.astag-40jahre.ch) in the header area. How is it possible to put the french one (www.astag-40ans.ch) on logo as well? Any ideas? In header (Elementor) it’s only possible to put the index-page.
2. Hamburger: on smartphone and tablet (only android) it doesn’t show the hamburger-icon… only a cross. In the apple version is it correct… whats exactly the problem that it doesen’t work in android version?

I am running the site in german and english version and would like to know if there is a possibility to switch the languages at the login page.
Right now the german version is istalled and the login-form shows “Mitgliedsname oder E-Mail”, “Passwort” , “Einloggen” and “Passwort vergessen?”
Same issue for the form new-registration ….
The easiest solution for me would be to add the english terms in (…) after the german word. Update-secure at best.
It would be very greatfull If there is a solution.

AJAX search for WooCommerce and Polylang not compatible anymore.
On default language, everything works perfectly. But if you switch to another language the search widget sends you to the default language with the message nothing has found, after you have pressed the search button or ENTER.
Also, you get the ‘nothing has found’ message if you hit the ‘see all results’ button.
Do you have any fixes for this problem?

Polylang is an awesome plugin that really helps my site with the multilingual problems.
However, as time has passed, having a domain that hosts two languages seems to be excruciating for marketing and independent management.
So what to do if I want to undo Polylang, extract the content of one specific language and pull them out completely to another domain? Polylang initially sets predefining strings to differentiate one language from another. For example, using EN and CN together, predefining strings differentiate the two languages. But if you disable Polylang the plugin, all the posts and content just mix together in a messy pit.
Ideas?

I’ve translated my site in 2 languages using polylang, now I want to back these translations up but I can’t seem to find where are they stored?
I thought they were supposed to be stored whether in my site directories somewhere or in a database but I haven’t found anything in both places. PhpStorm can’t find anything by global text search, neither Git can, I have also looked thru MySQL database and have also not found anything
How do I make the main (front) page multilingual with Polylang?

I have 4 languages in my site: EN, MY, ID, ZH. MY is not being displayed in the dropdown. It is the latest language that I added. I’m displaying the language switcher using this code

Below code produces the same result.. However, all languages are being displayed when I use POLYLANG-FLAGS shortcode.

I’m using Polylang to have my webpage in 2 languages: Spanish and Italian.The main one is Spanish, the second one Italian. The problem is with the theme options in the wp-admin/customize. I can add some panels to the front-page (mine is a static one), but it let me choose just one language, not both.
So if I set the panels in Spanish, it will work perfectly for the Spanish site while the Italian one will show panels in Spanish and the rest of content in Italian.
If I set the panels in Italian, it will work perfectly for the Italian site while the Spanish one will show panels in Italian and the rest of content in Spanish. It seems like panels are “valid” only for one language.
Do I need to upgrade Polylang to have the Theme Options available in more than a language?
