Krillsson on "[Plugin: Polylang] Create an empty post/page for each post that is untranslated"

First of all I would like to say thank you for this wonderful plugin and that i value the simplicity of it.

I would like to batch create empty pages and posts for each existing pages and posts in the database so that I can export the content and translate it externally and import it again.

How do i accomplish this?
