I couldn’t get this plugin to work in a multilingual setting with Polylang initially, but this was because I was unaware of the need to modify some of the Polylang settings to work with custom post types. Now works a treat. Excellent plugin.

My site is in 3 languages (Polish, German and English), I’m using Polylang plugin. I can’t see any option to add booking form in German and English language. My booking widget always redirects me to polish booking form (get back to default page language).
How to correctly translate the plugin or how to correctly use this plugin with 3 laguages?

I’m using polylang and I have the problem while switching back to standard language (DE). I created a duplicate using the “Pulicate page” plugin (inluding all page builder formatting), changed this to english using the quick edit function. Changing to English on Website works, at changing back to German the language switcher links to german start page (it’s NOT set SO!). Is it possible to adjust the link (to correct german page) manually ?
On German Pake, for examnple, I wand to switch to the english Contact page and from there using “German” from language switcher to German Kontakt – Page. I want to avoid creating all english page again, with page builder, for this reason I copied each one and changed it to “English”.

Polylang and frontpage
After installing the plugin the first thing i want to do is traslate the index page from Dutch to Eglish. But i dont get the normal menu so i need to use the WP menu ok.
If i buy the theme wil that option be there ? Also when i start the plugin polylang then i make Dutch main lang en Eglish the nr 2 wen i have done that the header is wrong all artikels are then there in the header as a link.. Main question there foris what can ido to traslate things and keep the main thing ok as in Dutch. I understand the plugin thats not the case i think but the index page is giving me issues .. Any help would be great.

Displaying the same post/page between countries

Is it possible to share posts/pages between countries without duplicating them?
My dilemma is this:
I have a post for en-GB that has an excerpt box containing multiple bits of content wrapped in Geo specific shortcodes, set to display based on the users IP.
I’ve set it up so only the excerpt content pulls onto the page/s. So if someone from Canada arrives on my site, they see the content relevant to them.
For SEO I would like to create lan tagged pages for each country, but when I create a new country e.g. en-CA. The Canada page won’t allow me to pull the information from my en-GB posts without creating a duplicate post for Canada (which I want to avoid).
I basically want to be able to create new lan tagged page for different english speaking countries e.g. mysite.com/en-ca/ … that show the excerpt content of my en-GB posts.
Is the PRO feature, ‘share the one URL’ going to allow me to do this?
Thought I would ask before paying.

404 error with secondary languages
Hi there,
I experiment two issues with UM working in multi language site ( Polylang plug-in).
I know that supposedly only ML is supported by UM, but it seems people have same issue as me with ML…
In default language (ie spanish), every work fine.
Here are the 2 problems, with secondary languages :
1 – ‘members’ page works fine in different languages:
Ex :
https://ensenada.nosgusta.org/members
https://ensenada.nosgusta.org/en/members-2
‘user’ page works fine in default language, BUT, in secondary language, it work only if user not specified in URL, i.e. it works for the current registered user :
https://ensenada.nosgusta.org/en/user-2/
But for seeing another user, it return a 404 error :
https://ensenada.nosgusta.org/en/user-2/dhsdhsdghg
2 – The other issue is probably linked to the first one :
‘members’ page in secondary languages link to ‘user’ default language page, instead of curent language one… But probably because it is 404…
Ex :
https://ensenada.nosgusta.org/en/members-2
Should link to
https://ensenada.nosgusta.org/en/user/username
https://ensenada.nosgusta.org/user/username
I’ve seen people facing same kind of issues, and none of suggested fixes worked for me.

Woocommerce not showing orders in secondary language
Hello,
I have woocommerce, polylang and Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration plugins installed and two languages set.
When I open woocommerce orders page, some of them are not showing up. They are also missing when I try to export the orders, but they are in the database. It seems that the missing orders were made in secondary language. I tried to change order language in database with no result.
If I turn off polylang plugin, orders are showing just fine.
I have also noticed, that in polylang Custom post types and Taxonomies,
some Custom post types are greyed out and impossible to change. Two of them are products and orders, which are checked, but i cannot uncheck them.
Do you have any ideas what might be wrong?

Cant load home page (plugin polylang)
Good morning
I’m translating a website with WordPress, where i’m using the Polylang plugin to make content for multiple different languages.
I’m using Polylang for two languages: italian(primary) and English(secondary). When I upload images in italian all is works fine.
But the english version of the site doesnt work very well, pages like contacts , about me, seem doing well. Home page in english cant load images : it shows only a black page. Can You please help me?

Issue with bulk translate (polylang)
Hello, my site is in English (default language) & French I’m trying to bulk translate several media files at once with MLA.
Unfortunately I keep getting that error message : “Item xxxx, no translations.”
(images are iriginally in english and I need to have a french version of them)
I have searched settings in both Polylang and MLA but i really do not understand what to do in order to makes this feature work.
Anyone has an idea why it isn’t working?

It’s the way how the plugin works?
I installed the plugin on my site – I’m using Real Homes theme, it’s pretty complex site but the string translation is working nice. My question is next: when I translating a single page, it’s normal that I need to rebuild again the whole site design when I creating a translated page variant, or I did some mistake and the plugin doesn’t work properly?
Also I tried to set automatic translation with Lingotek, and didn’t find Serbian language among others. Is it possible to add Serbian language from external source?

Wrong redirect
Hello!
Our site use Polylang for 12 languages in subdomain like ir.amarkets.com
When i am try login on subdomain with Cerber – after login i am redirect on main domain login page and need enter login again. That wrong.
Without Cerber i am redirect on current subdomain main page, and that right.
Example:
I am try login on ir.amarkets.com, after login i am redirect on www.amarkets.com and need input login again.

Beware – Lingotek ruined my website
Polylang is a great plug-in, I am just writing to say that during the setup of Polylang it encourages you to activate Lingotek (which I didn’t look for or install by itself). This plugin completely ruined my website. Only a complete restore from a backup was able to get me my website back.
Please be advised.

Polylang pagination problem

I have a problem with my WordPress. I see I have 29 pages and it says 10 elements. I can’t no edit the pages directly I have to go to the flag to edit.
How can I see all my pages? My hosting service says that is a problem of Polylang plugin.
