I’ve set a static front page with some “panels” of content (which are also pages). I’m using Polylang and I’ve created pages with the second language translations (en, de, cs). When I switch from the first language to the second one, panels in the front pages are not translated. The static page content change correctly, the panels’ content does not

I try to use advanced access manager with polylang plugin.
When I try to change permissions to page, plugin generate page in diffrent language with strange page name like: pll_5f50deb76865e. Only pages with default language working correctly.
Other problem is with posts. I see only posts with default language, no other languages.

Thank you for this awesome plugin for blog promotion!
But there is an issue I’ve faced – pushing translated posts to the related ones.
The thing is normally you won’t face it because languages are not similar, but the Slavic group languages are. So that’s why I get the same post related but on other language.
Maybe you could add some setting in the update to avoid it?
It could be an option similar to “same author” or “similar post type”.
It’s just another taxonomy at least and I hope it wont take a lot of time for you.

I’m trying to change the flag to a custom flag in svg, and I found this “pll_custom_flag” function in their document(https://polylang.pro/doc/filter-reference/)
There, it says “The filter needs to be added in a plugin or mu-plugin before the action ‘plugins_loaded’ has been fired. It can’t work in the functions.php of a theme.”
However, I don’t know where and how to add this action specifically.
Here is the action I I customized for my website.

Im having issues with Polylang not being able to preserve the user picked language? When picking a language on the site, it refreshes with the expected language content, but when clicking into a new page, it doesnt preserve the picked language and goes back to showing content in the main language.
Anybody knows about this? I currently only use the free version.
We followed all the instructions, to get polylang strings translations in place. After completion of all the required steps, we still can’t see the group “webtoffee_gdpr_cookie_consent””
We use the following versions:
WP 5.5.1
GDPR Cookie Consent Version 1.9.1
Polylang Version 2.8.2

Hi, there, Im using the Polylang plugin for the different versions of languages and almost all the translations work fine. Except for the main message.
I translated all in the strings section. But as this main message is also in the “Customize Cookie Bar” section, the text only changes when I edit there. What is done in the strings section of polylang is not reflecting.
The plugin is not active now on the website as it’s not working properly yet.
Can you help me?

I’m having this issue with breadcrumbs, the “home” in the breadcrumbs is translated, but it links to the default language (English), instead of the selected language (Spanish). I have Yoast breadcrumbs enabled.
Any idea on how to fix this is greatly appreciated.

I have an issue with the_post_navigation() where is not returning the next post item for the first post item in the order set with post types order plugin.
I am using the polylang plugin for language, and it works fine for the English language , but for the second Language ( swedish ) the first item in the order the function the_post_navigation() does not return the next post.
If I move an old post item to the first place, then I do get the items from the_post_navigation() correctly, this just happens to new post items that are in the first place in the order.

I have an issue that seems to stem from the Polylang plugin.
So, SSL certificate works just fine in the default page in English.
However, as I am using Polylang to change between languages (italian, lithuanian), it seems not to work on these two. I’ve tried several things:
-Removed and reinstalled Polylang
-Installed Really Simple SSL (activated, deactivated and reinstalled before and after reinstalling Polylang)
-Re-saving settings in Polylang
Things suggested here and here.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do and if I am following the right steps… Thank you for your time.
I’m using polylang plugin for my website, where default language is English and second language is Spanish.
The breadcrumbs are translated, but when in the Spanish site, the breadcrumb for “home” links to the English homepage instead of Spanish.
Any idea on how to fix this is greatly appreciated.

I have a problem with my website. It uses polylang as a multilingual plugin and I have added Yoast SEO.
Despite my robots.txt file saying that I want to index /en/ /fr/ and no index /en/category/ and /fr/category/
When Yoast is enable all my article in /fr/ are set in not index and /en/category are set in index…
When Yoast is disable everything is fine… However I miss your awesome plugin.
Do you have any advice on that ? I lost 1/3 of my trafic in the last week because of this issue…
Plugin does “nothing” on our bi-ligual site using polylang plugin.
I read there is a work-around for WPML. Maybe similar issue? Is there a fix/work-around for polylang?

Is it possible to make this plugin work with a 3rd party multi-currency plugin, or at leats set up a different fee when a different Polylang language is set?
I’m using CZK for the czech version of my website, and the English version is only using Euros, so if there was some kind of hook to change the fee in English version that would be great!

When I activate Polylang the search form with the WordPress does not work.
Experimented with DIVI themes and with Twenty Twenty.
It doesn’t work. Try typing “Rome”, about a hundred photos should appear, and instead only a few page titles appear.
If I deactivate Polylang I see all the photos in the search results.
Even using the code recommended by Polylang support does not work: <? Php get_search_form (); ?>.
The only method is to disable Polylang? Do you have any ideas? Thank you very much.
The only wpml is compatible for translations, polylang pro isn’t? Is not possible to translate the button with Poedit?

I am experiencing a problem with profile pages in Ultimate Member.
Account page works, but the profile page gives me 404 error.
I suspect it has to do with my site being multilanguage via polylang.
Links look like this: sitename.com/nb/bruker/1/
The account page works, with all the sub urls:
/nb/account-2/
/nb/account-2/billing/
/nb/account-2/shipping/
But this doesn’t:
/nb/bruker/1/ (Profile page for user 1)
/nb/bruker/26/ (Profile page for user 26)
Console also warns me about reference error, JQuery is not defined.
GET https://innotec.nu/nb/account-2/bruker/26/ 404
(index):104 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
at (index):104
I am not sure wheter or not these two errors are linked to one another.
Is there a quick fix to remedy this?
It is in conflict with Polylang plugin: after activation the Polylang metabox disappears in the editing menu.
